ESC ROUND 3: MAGNY COURS, CIRCUIT DE NEVERS
Despite having the fairing ripped off by a gust of wind in a 240 km/h incident in Friday morning practice - Steve makes 3rd on the Grid. After a rocket start, taking Piero Sibilla in the first corner, and Hans Liesenfeld down the main straight on Lap 1 , there was no stopping him. A consistent number of 1min 55 laps let him just pull away from the pack. Steve takes his first ever race Win at Magny Cours, 10 Seconds ahead of Piero Sibilla, 19 Seconds ahead of 3rd place and team Mate Marc Spiegel. For the first time ever we had 2 RoPa Racing Riders on the Podium.
Steve is also pulling away with the ESC V2 Championship - now 19 points in the lead.
